Northern soul weekend
Back from an absolutely brilliant weekend at Tattershall. Massive praise must go to Kev Greenwood ,Julie Harrison, Donna Brass and the rest of the team involved for making everything run so smoothly. Accommodation, venue, all Tattershall staff coming together to make our weekend fantastic. Great to be among so many like minded folk sharing our love for the music. Made some new friends along the way. Let’s hope there’s more weekends like this to come. Xx

Rockstar lodge
The lodge definitely had the wow factor, very clean with everything you need for a great stay. The site itself is huge, luckily being November it wasn't to busy. Not everything is available at this time of year but that didn't affect our visit. Parts of the park are very wet and sludgey but with the amount of rain we have had I'm sure this couldn't be helped but worth taking suitable footwear. All the staff I found to be very helpful and friendly. Remember to take your pass as you won't get in places or served anything without them, even out of season. All areas seemed clean and tidy, didn't use the swimming pool.
My only negative is with the lodge and is my personal feeling. The hot tub is at the bottom of the decking to the side, it does feel very private, but you have to walk down the steps virtually back to the footpath to access it, which makes you feel a little exposed. Could also do with a couple of hook out there to hang a towel on especially when everywhere is damp.
Also the second bedroom is a triple bunk room which is great for kids, even though it says full size beds not really made to 3 adults.
We have booked to go back next year in the same type of lodge so would definitely recommend visiting.
